Apparently this is the correct term to use when describing every one of us tax paying law abiding ordinary singaporeans. If you are not part of the elite, then you must be a lesser mortal.

This time is a Big Time Insult that we have MP who labels the people as the “lesser mortals”. It is disappointing.
Lesser mortals begin to worry if MP Charles Chong need to wrap himself up with fire-proof overall suits whenever he step out, to be safe.
Those superior beings at the tip of pyramid might need to consider spending that kind of money and time on courses that teach humanism.
And, if a person holding high position in any organization could take 5-weeks’ leave without slight difficulty is highly suspicious of his usual contribution. One could be not doing anything all the time to be able to disappear for 5 weeks without the team feeling any impact.
